- No ranks Nobody outranks anybody in the field. Any member can lead an op.
- Pick your division Survey or Extraction to start. Change whenever you like, and take a seat in another division any time one is open.
- No scorekeeping We don't track points, attendance, or contribution. Show up when you can, do the work you enjoy, and that's enough.
- Learn in the field No courses, no qualifications. Take the seat and figure it out. Ships blow up, that's the game, just get a good clip of it.
